Ratcheting Buckle

The ratcheting buckle is a new feature on the 2011 Bell Muni and Arella helmets that allows a fine degree of micro adjustment to the strap length.

Registered Graphics

Getting graphics to fall on the helmet without stretching or warping is an art form in itself. Bell’s designers have invented methods that keep graphics arrow straight and minimise distortion.

Bug Net

Bug nets help keep annoying insects from entering the front of the helmet while maintaining a high level of airflow.

Integrated Flashers

Bell’s OneStep Plus adult fit systems feature built-in flashing lights for added conspicuity. The lights run on replaceable watch-type batteries (included). Great for commuters! Available on the Bell Muni cyle helmet.

ABS Plastic & Dual Density Foam

Bell skate-style helmets are made from durable ABS plastic for extra resistance to the bumps and scrapes of a juvenile existence. The dual density EPS foam is specially tuned to withstand the rigors of both bicycle and Skate use. Available on the Bell Faction helmet.

CamLock Levers

Bell’s Cam-lock levers help you dial in the fit of the helmet straps to fit your face perfectly. Simply open the cam, adjust to your preference and close the cam.

Fit Systems

Bell’s Twin Axis Gear (TAG), Geared Positioning System (GPS), ErgoDial and OneStep Plus fit systems help stabilise the helmet on the head and really dial in the fit of a given helmet. Watch the video below to view all of Bell's unique fir systems.

Vents & Reinforcements

Strength and ventilation go hand-in-hand–you need strength to meet stringent safety standards, but you also need venting to keep the rider cool. Bell looks at these two attributes together to design and build helmets that meet both these needs.

Visor Plugs

They may seem like a small detail, but Bell’s Visor Plugs give a finished look to our double-duty on and off-road helmets. Besides, Bell are kinda into small details. Available in the Bell Volt and Sweep helmets - coming soon to RxSport.

Roost Guard/Hand Lamination

Bell’s Drop full-face helmet features an integrated roost guard to help deflect airborne objects while its hand-laminated fiberglass shell is both strong and lightweight.

Microshells

Bell’s Fusion InMolding is the pioneering process of hot bonding the helmet’s thin microshell cap to its foam liner. InMolding the bottom wrap adds extra durability, while our TightFit microshells are the perfect solution for kids helmets.

X-Static Padding

X-Static is a special material Bell uses in their helmet padding that kills 99.9% of odors and bacteria. Woven with real silver fibers, X-Static is the quickest drying padding available. Available on the Bell Volt helmet - coming soon to RxSport.

Bell Crash Replacement Programme

Bell Crash Replacement Programme is available to customers that are resident in the UK and purchased their helmet from a UK dealer.
