Capable of being sculpted into a multitude of shapes and styles, stress-resistant O Matter frame material is excellently suited to use in performance sport and active lifestyle frames. With a high strength-to-weight ratio, good flexibility and impressive shape memory, O Matter will provide wearing comfort all day long.
A supple material coats the temples and nosepads of selected models to provide enduring grip when you need it most. Unobtainium is a hydrophilic material, meaning it won’t become slippery when wet and you can expect the same level of performance from your frame no matter how hard you push.
Plutonite Lens Material
Plutonite is used to make authentic Oakley prescription lenses. Superior to standard polycarbonate lens material, Oakley’s proprietary blend of elements gives remarkable clarity and strength, and was designed to meet the demands of professional athletes.
Ultraviolet light can cause a range of long-term damage to the eye, including macular degeneration, cataracts and pterygium. The Plutonite lens material found in all Oakley sunglasses filters out 100% of all UVA, UVB, UVC, and harmful blue light up to 400nm.
HD Polarised Options Available
