Our View: The success of the original Scott LCG prompted Scott to develop this counterpart, designed to fit smaller faces perfectly. The LCG Compact contains exactly the same leading technology found in the original LCG including the lens change technology and the adjustable Fit System.
"Scott took the engineering from the popular LCG and made it smaller. New for 2015-16, Scott introduces the Scott LCG Compact to the LCG family. Featuring the same great technology as the LCG and utilizing a new two-pin sliding, tool-free, Scott Fit System, the LCG Compact offers a more unisex fit. Included in every pair is an additional lens in a low-profile molded lens case." - Scott

Amplifier Lens Technology
Amplify Your Vision
Scott have harnessed the potential of colour science to create the Amplifier lens. By filtering specific wavelengths of light Amplifier lenses deliver a remarkably clear and defined view of terrain when on the snow, making your time on the mountain safer and more enjoyable.
Contained as standard across all of Scott's goggle lenses, Amplifier technology is fully integrated into a nine-layer lens which is fine tuned to deliver exceptional vision in the widest array of light conditions in the challenging mountain environment as possible.
As one of the industry leaders in high performance optics, Scott Precision Optics was launched with the introduction of revolutionary Amplifier technology patent in 1999.
Amplifier Technology optimizes the transmission of three specific wavelengths – Blue light, Orange Light, Red Light. These ranges of light are the most important for the human eye to enhance contrast and clarity.
Optimized for different lighting conditions, the Amplifier technology filters the balance of visible light transmitted through the lens to provide more contrast and clarity in varied conditions.
Amplifier Technology is available on all Scott lenses from Cat 1 to Cat 4 as well as Light Sensitive photochromic lenses.
3-layer moulded face foam
Tthree layers of ultra plush foam. The first two layers provide moisture wicking and the third layer is a plush material to seal out the elements.
A mechanical adjustment located at the bottom of the goggle allowing you to choose between four positions, providing a customized face and nose fit.
Gives stability to the frame and guarantees distortion free lens positioning, form-fitting comfort, and a maximised field of vision.
LCG - Lens Change System
A mechanical slider raises the lens off the frame, meaning it can be changed without having to touch the surface of the lens or remove gloves.
Ventilation around the frame channels air flow onto the lens, as opposed to the eyes. This technology blocks snow and water from entering the goggle.
An adhered silicone strip on the inside of the goggle strap ensures the goggles stay right where they should on a helmet or hat.
Scott OptiView double lens
Polycarbonate lenses ensure high impact resistance. A proprietary moulding process and hard coating guarantee every lens is optically true.
Spherical lenses curve both vertically and laterally, creating a shape which mimics the shape of the eye to deliver optically-true views.
Double lens with spacer foam
Spacer Foam and Double Lenses block moisture and eliminate fogging, while allowing for optimal breathability.
Scott lenses undergo a permanent NoFog™ treatment process to significantly reduce the risk of condensation and fogging.
All Scott lenses are optically engineered to screen out 100% of harmful UVA/UVB rays, helping to protect from long-term illnesses of the eye.
Air Control System (ACS)
Intake vents on the lens and air outtake vents on the bottom of the frame maintain airflow to keep the goggle canopy moisture-free.
