With the current lockdown restrictions on non-essential retail, our showroom is currently closed to walk-in customers.
Under government guidance, however, our registered opticians are able to provide essential eyecare services. These are currently by appointment only, and exclusively to discuss prescription eyewear requirements or eyecare issues. The safety of our customers and colleagues is our top priority, and so we have numerous safety measures in place. These include mandatory face masks for both staff and customers, thorough sanitisation procedures on frames, restrictions on customer numbers, social distancing and cashless payments. For all other requirements, our customer service and optical team are still on hand to answer any questions you have via email, phone or via social channels. We also continue to offer free delivery and returns, as well as our home trial for prescription products.
We will reopen our doors fully as soon as we can, and will be in touch as soon as we are able to do so. Online orders are unaffected, and we are still delivering as usual.
