Prescription eyewear is made to order, and wraparound sports eyewear is one of the most challenging areas of optics. Whilst all orders are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible, lead times are difficult to guarantee 100% - especially for the cutting edge products RxSport offer. You are more than welcome to choose express delivery options for prescription orders, and this will ensure you get your glasses as quickly as possible. However, this does not mean prescription eyewear will arrive the day after ordering! If you need your glasses for a particular date, please call us on 01780 783932, and we will do our utmost to help out.

VAT

VAT is included on prices where applicable. VAT is not included in the price of cycle helmets and children's ski helmets, as these items are not liable for VAT.

If you feel that you should not pay VAT on your order, for example if the goods are leaving the EU, please contact us and we can refund the VAT amount. Alternatively, please feel free to call us on +44 (0)1780 783932 in advance, and we can manually process the order without VAT. 

Returns Info

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with the look or feel of your purchase, we offer a 100% refund or exchange on all non-prescription eyewear and helmets for 28 days after delivery.

Christmas Returns

We are extending our returns period for the holiday season (because we are nice like that!). For all orders placed between 1st November and 24th December 2014, you will have until 9th January 2015 to return your items for a refund or exchange. This excludes any prescription items - please see our prescription returns policy below for more information about Rx orders.

Prescription Returns

As prescription sunglasses and goggles are made to order, we are only able to refund the cost of the frames and not the lenses. For more information, please call 01780 783932. Alternatively, why not use our Home Trial service?
