At RxSport we like to keep things simple and straight-forward, which is why we have employed a colour coded system for all products on our website. As a result, you can see exactly what we have in stock and when you can expect your order to arrive. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Stock Status

	This means that the item is in stock and ready for instant despatch. Please see delivery options and timescales below.
	This covers all prescription eyewear. You may also see it on certain non-prescription products that need to be ordered in. Therefore, next day delivery options are not guaranteed, but they will speed your order up. For non-prescription products, delivery is likely to be within a week. Delivery Info & Timescales

UK

We offer Free Royal Mail Tracked Delivery on all orders as standard. Therefore, the vast majority of non prescription sunglasses and goggles, as well as ski helmets arrive within 2-3 working days, if not even quicker. If there is going to be a delay we will let you know. No signature is required for Royal Mail Tracked, but Safeplace instructions can be entered in the Order Comments field at the checkout.

We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery (signature required) for £5.95. This is a next day service, with delivery before 1pm. We aim to keep all product listed on the website in stock, and the inventory system described above is live, but if there is any issue we will contact you immediately. The deadline for Royal Mail Special Delivery is 4.30pm. Orders placed at the weekend will be sent out on Monday for delivery by 1pm on Tuesday.

If you need your goods delivered on a Saturday, we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed for £9.95. Ideal for those last minute purchases or for those who are not in during the week, and would prefer a Saturday delivery.

Prescription Orders - You are more than welcome to choose Royal Mail Special Delivery for prescription orders, and this will ensure you get your glasses as quickly as possible. However, this does not mean prescription eyewear will arrive the day after ordering! For prescription orders, delivery is almost always within 1-2 weeks. Here are some broad guidelines for our most popular brands:

Prescription Oakley eyewear
- Sunglasses: usually around 1 week.
- Ophthalmic glasses: usually within 1 week, but up to 2 weeks for complex prescriptions and thin lens options.
Prescription Adidas eyewear:
- Ski goggles and sunglasses that work with prescription inserts - usually around 1-2 weeks.
- Directly glazed Adidas sunglasses - at least 2 weeks.

Prescription Bolle eyewear:
- Sunglasses - around 2-3 weeks.
- Ski Goggles - around 1-2 weeks

Prescription Nike Sunglasses - around 2-3 weeks
Prescription Rudy Project Sunglasses:
- Sunglasses that work with prescription inserts - 1-2 weeks.
- Directly glazed sunglasses - at least 2 weeks.

Prescription Wiley X Sunglasses - around 2 weeks

Europe (including to the Republic of Ireland)

Standard delivery by Royal Mail is priced at £7.95 - either by Airsure or International Signed For.

We use Royal Mail Airsure where available (Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Irish Republic, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland). Allow around 3-4 days for delivery.

Otherwise, International Signed For Delivery on non-prescription eyewear and helmets is usually around a week, but can take longer depending on your local postal service.

We also now offer DHL Express Courier, which is priced at £19.95. This service is 2-3 days from the point of despatch. Therefore, non-prescription eyewear and helmets should be with you within 3-4 days. See above for prescription timescales.

Rest of World

We now deliver to Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Turkey, UAE and the United States.

Standard delivery by Royal Mail is priced at £9.95 - either by Airsure or International Signed For.

We use Royal Mail Airsure where available (Australia, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, USA). Allow around 7-8 days for delivery.

Otherwise, International Signed For Delivery on non-prescription eyewear and helmets is usually around 1-2 weeks, but can take longer depending on your local postal service.

We also now offer DHL/FedEx (depends on destination) Express Courier, which is priced at £29.95. This service is 3-4 days from the point of despatch. Therefore, non-prescription eyewear and helmets should be with you within 3-4 days. See above for prescription timescales.

VAT

VAT is included on prices where applicable. If you feel that you should not pay VAT on your order, please contact us and we can refund the VAT amount. Alternatively, please feel free to call us on +44 (0)1733 270771 in advance, and we can manually process the order without VAT.

Returns Info

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with the look or feel of your purchase, we offer a 100% refund or exchange on all non-prescription eyewear and helmets for 28 days after delivery.

To return, simply send the item along with a copy of your receipt or a cover note with your name and Order ID to:
