Here at RxSport, we want you to be ready for whatever adventure next comes your way. Whether you are ordering skiing glasses for an upcoming trip or urgently need a pair of sports sunglasses, our delivery options will have something to suit your needs.

UK Delivery

UK Standard Delivery

We ship all of our UK standard deliveries using a Royal Mail Tracked service. Your order should be delivered to your door within 3-5 working days after despatch.

DPD Next Day Delivery

For express UK deliveries*, we use DPD’s Next-Day Delivery service. This option is perfect for urgent orders as they will arrive with you on the next working day. You will receive frequent tracking updates and will be given a two-hour window for delivery. You can also follow the journey of your order on the DPD app.

Please note: this option is available for prescription lenses to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible. However, this does not mean they will arrive the next working day. Should you need your prescription glasses delivered by a specific date, please do not hesitate to get in touch and our team will be happy to help out.

DPD Saturday Delivery

Our DPD Saturday Delivery is an express UK service* that is available for those of you who want your order to be delivered on the weekend.

Please note: this option is available for prescription lenses to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible. However, this does not mean they will arrive the next working day. Should you need your prescription glasses delivered by a specific date, please do not hesitate to get in touch and our team will be happy to help out.

International Delivery

The price for International deliveries is calculated at the checkout.

Do I have to pay any additional fees?

No. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you.

All of our international orders are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means that we, RxSport, cover all charges such as local tax and duty costs, to ensure that you do not receive any extra fees prior to delivery.

Please note that international deliveries are not subject to UK VAT and our international prices already reflect this.

When will you despatch my non-prescription order?

We always strive to despatch our non-prescription orders on the same day, if placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday). Any orders placed after 2pm will be despatched on the following working day.

What about despatching my prescription order?

As our prescription eyewear is made to order, we are sure you understand that it can take a bit longer to despatch. To find out about the estimated production timescales, please check out the specific prescription product page.

International Brand Restrictions

The following restrictions are placed on us by the brands themselves and unfortunately are not something we can control. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Prescription Lead Times

Crafting prescription eyewear is something we take great pride in, however, it is also one of the most challenging areas of optics. As we want to make sure that your order is built to the highest of qualities, we cannot always guarantee an exact lead time on this.
