Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with the look or feel of your purchase, you have 14 days after delivery to return your item for a refund. Items must be in perfect condition with the original packaging and any labels/stickers still attached. Premium delivery charges (e.g. next day and international delivery) are non-refundable, unless a product is found to be faulty. We offer the following return options:

UK Returns

Christmas Returns

We are extending our returns period for the holiday season. For all orders placed between 6th November and 24th December 2023, you will have until 12th January 2024 to return your items for a refund. This excludes any prescription items – please see our prescription returns policy below for more information about prescription orders.

Royal Mail Returns Service

A return fee of £2.50 will be deducted from your refund. We will take responsibility for the return once the item has been handed over, but you do need to retain your Royal Mail receipt. Click here to start the returns process.

In Store Return

Our opening hours are Monday–Friday/9am-5pm. We will issue a full refund of the order value.

Prescription Returns

As prescription sunglasses, glasses and goggles are made to order, we are only able to refund the cost of the frames and not the lenses. If you have changed your mind about your new eyewear, or require more information, please contact us on 01780 783932 or [email protected].

RxSport Optical Satisfaction Promise

Despite prescription eyewear being made to order, we will never leave you with lenses you cannot see through. If you experience any visual difficulties with your new lenses, please contact one of our optical experts. Our qualified opticians will liaise with you to find a solution, or failing that, we will issue a full refund. Home Trial Returns

Your return is included in the price of your trial, please use the label provided to return your trial.

International (non UK) Returns

You take responsibility for returning the item to us and the costs incurred. Please ensure that the item is marked as a return to avoid customs fees being due, as we will not take responsibility for the payment of these fees.
