Step 2
You will then be taken to Royal Mail’s website to create your returns label.
Step 3
Print and attach the label then drop off your item at a local Post Office.

- A return fee of £2.50 will be deducted from your refund.
- We will take responsibility for the return once the item has been handed over, but you do need to retain your Royal Mail receipt.
- No printer? Royal Mail will generate a QR code that can be taken to your local post office on your mobile.
