Payment

If you choose to pay using PayPal, please select this option at the checkout. You will be automatically directed to the PayPal site to log into your account and complete the transaction. Once completed, you will return to our website and receive your order confirmation.

Gift cards can be used as a payment method. For orders that exceed the value of the gift card, you can pay the difference using one of our other payment methods. If the value of your order is less than the gift card’s value, we will debit the balance and the remaining funds will be available for you to use on future orders.

You can only use one gift card per order.

In the unlikely circumstance that the product you would like to order is currently out of stock, we offer a pre-order option.

All of the prices that you see on our website are fixed. This means that wherever you are in the world, the price you see is inclusive of all fees and taxes – the only additional cost will be postage at the checkout. International orders are not subject to UK VAT and our international prices already reflect this.

Our priority is keeping your details safe. We use a secure payment gateway that will encrypt all of your sensitive information. When paying with a credit or debit card, you may need to verify your payment with 3D Secure. To learn more about 3D Secure, we advise you to contact your bank.

When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation and your bank will take the funds from your account and put it into holding. If the transaction is declined, your order will be cancelled. We only debit your account once your order has been despatched.
